I am a Change & Learning Consultant with a deep passion for technology, human behaviour, and the everyday workplace experience.
With a background in Psychology – specialising in organisational change and innovative learning methods – my work is grounded in understanding the human journey through change, and how technology can be leveraged to enhance learning, productivity, and wellbeing.
For many years, I have focused on the modern workplace and the individual digital experience, helping organisations drive meaningful change and build learning strategies that support staff across all levels. My work includes coaching individuals in digital skills, time management, and productivity, with a strong emphasis on creating lasting, people-centred impact.
I am well-versed in instructional design, change evaluation, and designing concepts that connect technology with human needs. I bring a strategic lens to every engagement – whether it’s planning for change, building learning programs, or supporting leaders and teams in navigating the digital workplace.
Spending many years leading the Adoption & Change Management practices across three Microsoft Partners, I initially established Paradyne as the first to integrate Change Management into its implementation approach. My leadership helped shape project methodologies and delivery frameworks that put people at the centre of technology transformation.
In recent years, I have presented globally on neurodiversity and the workplace experience, advocating for greater awareness and inclusion. I now consult with organisations to build strategies that support neurodivergent employees and foster inclusive, productive environments, as an additional consulting service.
As an independent consultant, I partner with organisations to boost learning, guide change, and coach teams and leaders in the modern digital workplace. I am also a passionate blogger and lifelong learner, always exploring new ways to improve the way we work and live.
At the start of 2020 I received the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award for Office Apps and Services, and was happy to again receive this in 2021 and 2022. I chose to leave the program during 2023 when I shifted my career and away from solely M365 to broader technology and workplace consulting.
