My passions are technology, human behaviour and the employee experience.
It’s been my core focus for 15+ years helping organisations plan for, implement, and embed technology solutions. Along with driving ways of working and awareness.
My academic background is Psychology, Sociology, and some HR/ Management. I am currently studying a Masters in Education (Professional Learning) to explore about how we learn in the modern workplace. I have a curious mind and am passionate about process, method and human behaviour, along with how technology can enable innovation and just improve people’s working life.
At the centre of all my work is the impact and experience of people through technology projects, along with the bigger picture and value of Microsoft 365 for an organisation.
I spent time building and leading firstly the Project Management method, delivery and then the Adoption & Change Management Practice for 3 Microsoft Partners, including establishing Paradyne as the first Partner to have a Change Management offering as part of their implementations, along with leading their project method and delivery!
I have most recently built the Adoption & Change Management practice and products for Insync Technology (now acquired by Rapid Circle) as a key component of their business.
Outside all of this work I enjoy speaking, and writing, about all things Microsoft 365 and also neurodiversity which is a personal passion and big part of my life.
At the start of 2020 I received the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award for Office Apps and Services, and am happy to again receive this in 2021 and 2022.
