About Me

My passions are technology, human behaviour and the everyday experience.
My core focus for many years has been helping organisations plan for, implement, and embed technology solutions, along with supporting individuals with modern ways of working and D&I awareness. More recently I have moved into working with individuals on productivity and supporting neurodivergent individuals in the workplace and their personal life.

My academic background is Psychology, with a focus in organisational change and innovative learning methods. More recently, I completed formal study in professional coaching, have been building new clients and services, and also completed specialised study in ADHD, time management, and productivity. This experience helped me find my passion and trigger a major shift in work and life – coaching individuals and teams on work, and life.

I have a curious mind and am passionate about people, technology and the modern world. I love how technology can enable innovation and just improve people’s daily life but I also know well that it can impact our focus, mental health and general life. So I aim to help people make sense of it all the drive change.

I spent time building and leading firstly the Project Management method, delivery and then the Adoption & Change Management Practice for 3 Microsoft Partners, including establishing Paradyne as the first Partner to have a Change Management offering as part of their implementations, along with leading their project method and delivery!
I have most recently built the Adoption & Change Management practice and products for Insync Technology (now acquired by Rapid Circle) as a key component of their business.

Outside all of this work I enjoy speaking, and writing, about technology, adoption, and also neurodiversity which is a personal passion and big part of my life.

At the start of 2020 I received the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award for Office Apps and Services, and am happy to again receive this in 2021 and 2022. I chose to leave the program during 2023 when I shifted my career and away from M365.
